Milk metering and acceptance stations are designed for milk acceptance and accounting at dairy industry enterprises. The technological process takes place as follows: milk from vehicles is supplied by a self-priming pump and passes through a filtration system. As a result of cleaning, coarse impurities and fine (including some bacteria and microorganisms) are separated. For the greatest accuracy of measuring incoming milk, it is necessary to protect the product from foaming. For this purpose, an air separator is provided in the installation. After the air separation process, the milk enters the milk metering device.
